Kudos to our DMP Team assigned to an event at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton, WA last month.
Erin Olsen, a banquet server at the property, emailed our office the following message commending DMP for being a great partner.

To whom it may concern,
I am a banquet event server at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton, Washington. We have a conference this week, and your staff loaded in this last weekend and is there this whole week.
My task for the last few days has been to service meals and beverages for your crew.
I just wanted to let your management know that I have been so impressed by your staff. Doug (I’m sorry I don’t know his last name) has been a pleasure to work with, and he sure helps make the whole environment pleasant and positive. The techs that are working for him also appear to be incredibly professional, polite, and gracious.
I do not want to say anything bad about other production companies I have worked with over the years, but I will just say that you have some really great people working for you who are dedicated to the success of this event.
